2-hour delay!!

Today we are on another 2-hour delay, this time because of fog so thick you can't see a thing. We leave in another 40 minutes and it has not gotten any better. They have never called school, because of fog and doubt they will this time either. Pretty scary when you can't see if it's safe enough to get up on the highway. Oh well, it really doesn't bother me much. I make the kids get real quiet and open the door and window and listen as best I can. I know we've all said this before, but I WISH SPRING WOULD HURRY AND GET HERE!!!!

They cancelled school today because of fog. We were on 2 hr. delay & then they cancelled it. It was still really foggy at lunch. Hoping they cancelled it for you Janet. Be safe.

They didn't cancel it the dummies!!! It was so hard to see and some of the drivers just sat on a country road and waited for awhile. Cars were passing the stop arms because they couldn't see the buses. If they could have called a 3-hour delay, it would have been much better here. Todays conditions are the same as yesterday, so we'll have to see if there is fog in the morning. :)
