OOhhh I'm sorry you've had to go through this. 6-8 weeks is quite some time, so just take it easy so you'll heal good as new, okay? My husband has rhuematoid arthritis and it's also in his back. He has to have back surgery (he hasn't scheduled it yet), but his lower back is bone on bone, so he's in pain quite a bit.

We'll just look forward to having you here more often.:)

Well, i certainly hope its not the new server thats giving problems, but im sure if it is, they are working on it, and will do everything they can to get it up, and running as soon as they can.

Im with you on computers, my first computer was the best, the others are the same make, but newer, but they just are not the same! I had a special relationship with my first one LOL... how goofy does that sound :rolleyes:

No. I don't know anyone's emails. The thing is, I can pretty much remember where that park is, but I wonder if other people will. Prolly everyone just pretty much waits until they're about to leave and then figures "I can just check that map just before I go." But now with not being able to get in, I hope everyone planned ahead.

This is probably to late now but.... I feed mine plain oatmeal, not a whole lot and they dont seem to be bothered by it. My vet recommended to me when my poodle's tummy was upset.

Sometimes I give mine oatmeal as a special treat...I started it when we found out Ginger was allergic to basically everything...it was part of a recommended home-cooked diet until I could find an appropriate and safe food.

I just set up a yahoo group if anyone wants to have another mode of communication. I figure it can be a way for all of us YT'ers to talk when we can't get on the forum. It can come in handy to be able to reach everyone via email.

Yeah, temporarily :) I took her in a few days ago - she's been all groomed up, vetted up, etc. She's making a lot of progress and should be going to her new forever home maybe tonight? Maybe tomorrow? Soon anyway :D

DEFINATELY!!! She is still under her weight she was when i brought her home. They told me at the vet yesterday they thougth she MIGHT gain 1 more lb unless she hit a growing spirt. :rolleyes: I was really hoping for 4-5 lbs oh well, we will see I guess
