Donna Tricksie is so cute. Her coat is very shiney. It's in the 20's here so if it's warmer than that.....you're having a heat wave in my book....LOL

Donna, Tricksie is a very beautiful dog!!! She looks so nice and shiny!!! I love the longer hair on the yorkies but I have to keep Reuger's short because of burrs and stuff that get caught in it.
Tricksie is quite the looker! If Max saw her, he would be in love. Her coat looks great.
You just reminded me. I have to frontline my dogs so I can bathe them in 4 days.

Thanks Judy. Tricksie takes Comfortis, it is a pill. It works great.
Got down to 31 this morning and my new heat and air system that I paid $4200 didn't work. They have been here for 2 hours and still working on it.

Is Comfortis the same thing as Frontline only in a pill form? I've never heard of it before.

It is a pill and she has never had a flea, 1 a month.

I'm going to have to check into this. Does it take care of ticks too?

No, just for fleas.

What kind of heating system is it? I'm looking for alternatives. I have electric heat. I used it last month and got a $238 electric bill. That's not so terrible for 3-4 months of the year, but I was cold. My SIL set up my kerosene heater which keeps the house much warmer. Kerosene is not cheap anymore though.
I really want a pellet stove, but probably can't afford it this year. I think it would warm the whole house up. I don't run the heat at night (yet) because the upstairs gets warm enough. I just keep the bedroom door closed at night to keep the heat in.
