A good snack

Okay, this might sound strange, but I swear, these are really good! My daughter made them, and I love them! I have to watch how much pepperoni I eat, but these are so easy and yummy!

You take the sandwich sized pepperoni and put cream cheese in the middle, then roll up the pepperoni. You can stick a toothpick in it to hold it together, but you really don't need it. Sounds like a weird combo, but they're soooo good!

I've had other things with cream cheese rolled up in it but I don't think that I've ever had pepperoni. It does sound good and I bet that it would make a nice appetizer. Hmmmm.....I'll have to remember that one. Thanks, Nina.

It would make a great appetizer. You could make it look more festive with the colored plastic toothpicks and a couple olives. I think I'll do that for one of the Christmas Eve snacks.
