Daisy, you are a very young grandmother!!!! But I guess when I was 44 I had 4 grandchildren and another one the next year or so.

Hello, I'm DianaB. I have 4 children, one son and three daughters, aged from 33 to 16. My son and his wife have twin girls and a son. I have one daughter married as well and she has two daughters. Then I have one daughter that graduated from college last year and is working as a pharmacy tech and my youngest daughter is a sophmore in HS and is working at the pharmacy too running the register.

My husband, Glen, is a farmer and I help out when I can. We only have grain, no cows or chickens. Our family kinda' stands out as being different from other families because we tend to find our own entertainment and you never know what we're going to do!!! We're a Christian family and we love the Lord with all of our hearts.

I collect antique children's dishes. I have some from about 1850 to 1930. I love e-bay and flea markets!!!! I also like to scrapbook when I can find the time.

I could go on and on but that should do for now!! Glad to have you, Daisy!!!

Something interesting about you- Hmmm... I just got interested in photography and am really enjoying learning about it. I'm a computer science major in college, and I love proving to the boys that I can do things just as well (sometimes better!) than they can. I'm incredibly competitive, and sometimes that's a big weakness. And I just fell in love with the color pink. I've hated it all my life, and all of a sudden, I can't get enough.

I'm 57 (soon to be 58). I've been married to my wonderful husband for 27 years. Unfortunately, he is disabled due to heart/lung disease and he has diabetes, among other chronic illnesses. It is a good thing that he is married to a nurse! I teach nursing at our local University. I love my profession, I can't imagine doing anything else!

I have one daughter who is married and lives about 10 minutes from me. I have two beautiful granddaughters who are the lights of my life!!! One is 12 and the other is 2 - nope, their mom and dad did not get divorced and remarried, they just got a wild hair to have another baby, 10 years after the first one! :D

I have two yorkies, Rowdy (4 years old) and Rex (3 years old). They are such great guys and keep my husband company all day, everyday while I'm gone to work!

I love to garden and have a tiny little square foot garden (3 feet X 12 feet) in my back yard. This summer I grew tomatoes (coming out of my ears - so many), strawberries, peppers, eggplant (didn't really do too hot) summer squash and herbs. Right now I have fall tomatoes that are looking good, should produce in October (in central Texas our growing season is loooong), peppers, and winter squash - oh and I still have sage, bay leaves, and oregano going strong.

I would first say thank you! bc I know that times are tough right now and then I would book my daughter and my grandson a ticket to come home for christmas bc I don't get to see them that much. Em came home to live with me during her pregnancy bc her husband got deployed for 17 months. I was blessed to share the pregnancy with her and Anthony's first 7 months. After Mikes deployment I helped Em and Anthony move back so that they could be a family but it is so hard to not be able to share special occassions. I miss them so much it hurts!! Enough wailing! lol
Then after I bought a ticket I would give the rest to the church!

Sometimes I get so confused on how to do all this computer stuff:) There are lots of places you can go to online and pick out a background and then copy and paste it to your profile.

For pictures, you should be able to click on add an album, and it should give you the option of uploading your pictures.

I'm sure one of the other girls can explain it better than me! Anyways......so glad you're here!! We are very friendly so just jump right in!!

I live in Kansas (I was just in Indiana visiting Janet). I'm a homemaker/babysitter for my grandchildren and my husband is a farmer. I have 4 grown children.....all married......and 7 grandchildren and another on the way in October. Most of us have yorkies in common and I have two....Jazzi and Reuger! Plus we have an airdale named Mollee and a chicken....yah, a chicken (long story) named Henny Penny!!!
