I'm glad you are finding peace. If you can't get this house, a better one will come along! In a year, you'll probably wonder why you didn't do it sooner;)

I know you hate being in an apartment - I would too, I just can't imagine what it must be like. I know you want to be settled and get on with your life, and you will, it will happen. You'll find the right place, if not this one, then another one. Things have a way of working out like they are supposed to!

Thanks. Good news, he's been served, gotten a lawyer, and sent an answer. Should get to settle soon. Trust me, I don't want to be doing this at 60 and believe strongly in marriage. I believe God wants me to be happy and blesses the divorce or I'd still be over there.

Sandy.....I admire you so much for doing what you need to do. Of course I don't know the whole story, but some time I hope we get to talk about it. I've always been afraid....especially since I don't have a high paying job and at my age....not sure who would want to hire me. Right now I have my mother living with us and my husband has been really great about everything. I wish you well dear friend.

I too hope that everything goes smoothly and quickly for you. My Mom is one of the most wonderful people I know but getting a divorce from my Dad was one of the best things that she ever did!!! I know that good things are around the corner for you!!!!
