Ugh, it's such a pain in the ass. It's an all day task and nobody is here to see it. And as you I have no idea where to put that thing. However (as I whine) if you want me to put it up I will do it just for you. :o (You owe me big girl on this one) :D

Gluhwine is a German wine that we heat up in winter to drink, after working in the cold, people like to come in, and have a glass of it, also when we go for winter walks we take a flask filled.
On winter days/evenings it's a nice drink.

You have to - you will love it, i just know you will.
I love it when we go to the open Christmas markets, they have stands there with the wine, they hand cups out to people to warm up.
Also here in town on Christmas week, they have the stands.

Mandy are you going to post some of the scents and how to make them? I remember I tried one last year, I think it had a stick of something in it, but can't remember what it was. I need your help girl!! It smelled wonderful!

We first tried Gluhwine when living in germany and loved it, when we moved back to uk had to have the herb bags sent over and tried to make it myself never tasted the same. Thankfully now I can buy it bottled here. Its been a little cold here today so have just opened a bottle ready for my family to come home from work.:D

They real easy, sliced apple, a cinnamon stick, and water, leave it to simmer, but keep watching it so it doesnt boil dry.
Same with orange, sliced up, a cinnamon stick, and water.

The apple/cinnamon smells like baking apple pie ;)

Sounds like a fun drink, this Gluhwine, with great traditions.
