unfortunately, being that it's the national mock trial case, it's pretty "perfect" in the sense that they want you to work and there arent any technicalities... it's just for us to exercise legal thinking and so on... i know i was frustrated before, but i'm looking at this as a challenge... the prosec. has it easy...i just gotta work harder to convince the "judge" :) thanks so much for your help and encouragement everyone!!! :D
