Hmmm. I can answer that many ways.

I could wish for 10 more wishes, then, I could really get things taken care of.
I could wish for mean/cruel/people to go away to another planet.
I could wish that all of my decesendants are happy and have a great life and all come to know God.
I could wish that I was more patient (I never pray that one, God will teach me).
I wish someone would invent something viable to replace gas.


Well you get my drift. I am glad for what I have and know that I am blessed. So, I am thankful.
