Yes, I'm fine so far!!! Thank you for asking. It's warmer today and I took a small walk. I love walking outside. I'd do more and longer if I didn't have to go alone.

Janet i can't wait to start walking, i take Micah with me, and sometimes the dogs but that gets very hard for me, two dogs and a stroller :eek: they dogs get all tangled up running like crazy.
if i take Micah i walk longer, plus pushing at 40lb kid is building up my arm muscles.. i pack water and snacks for Micah, and i can't forget his sunglasses or he throws a fit.. LOL
