i know i might be worrying to much, but some things are scary to me especially when it comes to the heart area, especially with our family history.. they seem to die to soon in life....

I know you are very worried and so tired of inferior medical care for Micah. It is just terrible to have been doing everything right, and to have inadequate doctors
who you trusted.

You will make sure that Micah is fine. You are an amazing Mom, Haley! At least it's only one more week until he gets the tubes. Poor baby...crying in his sleep.

I think Marilyn's advice is very good. Give it over to God. None of these fears may ever be real.

Thanks Judy, im just frustrated, and getting nervous this day by day waiting is killing me, i just want it over with its been long overdue! Its in Gods hands now,
I just can't wait to see his face when he can finally hear again without all that damn fluid in his ears...

You know all of us here have Micah in our prayers Haley. Focus on the positive and let God handle the rest.

I know Janet, its just hard to be positive when all i hear is negative.
so we went to the peditrician yesterday and she could not hear the heart murmur and explained to us again the two different kinds of heart murmurs children have, and with Mike and my heart history in our family there going to schedule a echocardiogram test on him, i don't know when it is yet there going to call me this week, but they said he is ok for the surgery for his ears next week. The ENT is aware of the heart murmur and Micah will only be under they say for about 15-20 min.. can't believe the surgery is that fast but it is.. So just keep him in your prayers, i will keep you updated.

I'll be praying for Micah. I have a heart murmur and mine comes and goes. Sometimes the dr can hear it and sometimes he can't. I don't understand why it's like that. At least the dr heard it and knows that it's there and will keep an eye on it.

Thanks Diana, im not going to get all worked up over this until i get his test results back on the heart murmur, i'm just worried about his ears now, he was a little warm this morning but no fever, i just pray he don't get another ear infection before next tuesday or they will cancel his surgery.. he was up this morning at 3 am. going thru the fridge, so i got up and made him some waffles... early start for me, but he was just so cute pulling everything out of the fridge.. He hasn't been sleeping good wakes up crying and pulling on that left ear, i just try and take deep breaths... and just hold him.. it will all be over with soon...

I wish you lived near me. I would love to cuddle that sweetheart, and I could give you a hand.

AWWWWW that is so sweet Judy thank you, my MIL is going to help me out next week, i pulled him from daycare for that week, so she will watch him Mon. and Thurs. for me and i'll have him Tues. Wed. Friday and the weekend, so he can relax and recop. from surgury, plus i have to watch for any bloody drainage from his ears. I think he will get ear drops too can't remember what they told me?
