That's great Judy! I gained so now I have to work hard to get it back off. I was doing 50 reps on my ab lounger and today I upped it to 100 reps. 50 of a morning and 50 of an afternoon. Sure hope it helps. Tomorrow, even though I probably can't afford it, I'm checking out an exercise place near me tomorrow.

I gained so much weight over the summer! Remember I lost 29 pounds? Well, I gained back 36!!!

I like WW....it''s more sensible.

If you can't see your way clear to spending $ on the gym, look at it as something important for your health. You wouldn't deny yourself preventive medicine, would you?

I've gained most of my weight back too. I had to pull out all of the old clothes!! UGH!!! I feel so much better on the Atkins diet that I'm going back on it. I started on Sunday.

Good job everyone for trying to get back on track. Me too. I had gained a few pounds over the Holidays and now I don't want to get back in the "eating right" saddle. But I am trying and I think I've lost a couple pounds. Of course, I need to lose about 15, not sure that will happen, but I'm thinking about it. HA!

I have started going into work 45 minutes early and walking the halls. Our county building is the old High School. SO i have 3 floors to walk and 3 flights of stairs.

You are so ambitious, Linda!! My knees just kill me on stairs!!

I started back on my diet last week and so far have lost a little weight. It's encouraging and keeps me going. Hopefully I'll be down more by the time the cruise comes around. I feel so uncomfortable at this weight.
