Ok here's the hair cut i DIDN"T ask for!

After two hair cuts...(The second one to try and FIX the first one!!! ) Here's what I wind up with...
I may like it when the back grows about 4 inches...LIKE I ASKED FOR!!!! I will NEVER let any one cut my hair except MY HAIR DRESSER AGAIN! My hair is sooo short and I can't get used to the back..I'm so cold!!!

The last pic is of me before this woman hacked my hair off!!!

Lindsey 12-06-2006 10:31 PM

It's a big change, but I think it looks cute! I'm sorry you're not happy with it! The good thing about hair is it always grows back!

Mandy 12-07-2006 12:52 AM

It looks cute, but it takes getting used to. In a few months time your hair will be long again... it really looks better then what i had pictured in my mind ;)

khardy57 12-07-2006 04:05 AM

Brooke, it's not as bad as I'd pictured either. I do like your hair a little longer though - it frames your face. The thing is, your face is so pretty that you don't notice your hair first, you notice the smile:)

Marilyn 12-07-2006 04:18 AM

Your new cut is cute, and does look more sophisticated (more like a career woman). I do like your longer cut better, though. It will grow out in no time. Enjoy the convenience of shorter hair while it is growing.

Brooke 12-07-2006 04:28 AM

Thanks for the encouragement but I was not going for the sophisticated look! i was going for the messy mop top wind blown look! I am not the get dressed up buisness woman type... I'm the jeans t shirts and flannel shirt type... i know it will grow, I like the front just hate the back...I feel bald!

Janet 12-07-2006 06:16 AM

I just can't make up my mind. I keep switching your pictures from short to long, from long to short and I love them both! You are so pretty and have beautiful eyes and a wonderful smile. I would wear each style with pride, they both look great!!!

DianaB 12-07-2006 06:25 AM

I think that your new haircut looks very nice. After having longer hair I imagine that it will take a while to get used to the cold hair on the back of your neck. Just make sure that you have a scarf to wrap around you.

Very well said, Janet! This is exactly what I was thinking, too, but you said it so well, I thought I'd quote ya. I love BOTH styles, Brooke! They both look fantastic. You are so beautiful that you could be bald and still look fabulous!

Tink 12-07-2006 03:29 PM

Brooke, as the others have said, your pretty eyes are really set off by the new cut, so it looks GOOD on you! It is a lot more modern than the longer style too. Even if you don't like it, at least you still look good!

I hope you adjust to it soon. I know it sucks to hate your hair.

browniesmom622 12-07-2006 05:07 PM

im 19 & i really like it on you i think you you really young and it shows your face more makes you look Brighter
i like it but i guess i dont have to live with it huh ?lol

Lissa 12-07-2006 05:39 PM

You may not like it, but at least it looks good! It's not one of those hide-under-a-cap-for-months-til-it-grows-out cuts

The time before my last cut the woman cut off ALOT more than I was wanting, I had hair down to the middle of my back and she cut it to where it was just brushing the tops of my shoulders, I would have been mad, but it actually looked REALLY good. Now I've got short hair and I love it, no long hair for me probably ever again! :D

Let it grow on you, you may end up falling in love with it.

Kimberley 12-08-2006 06:14 AM

Oh Brooke! It's short but very flattering. It is so hard to find a GOOD hairdresser that will do exactly what you want. Live and learn. It will grow back so hang in there!

2tiredmom 12-08-2006 02:49 PM

Great Style, I have done the same thing before. I would grow it out then get it all cut off. It does grow back. But you are very pretty either way. I always told my husband I won't change my body but I can change my hair style. That way you never know what woman your going to bed with. LOL.

Janet 12-08-2006 02:51 PM

Hey Linda!! It's about time you got back here!!!

Brooke 12-08-2006 07:30 PM

Awww you all are very sweet... I like having shorter hair, but I need to grow the back out a little...I have to have it cover my neck! Thanks for the encouragement!:D

Gina 12-08-2006 07:41 PM

Brooke I like it a lot it looks chic....really pretty.. I know it gets a lot to get use to going from one extreme to the other... Well Im getting my hair cut tomorrow, but I wear it on the short side ...lol

Emmsmom 12-12-2006 09:34 AM

Honestly... I do like it! It is def in "style". Sorry you don't like it. I know exactly how you feel. I just about cried when I got my hair cut short. I wasn't expecting her to cut so much off and it was such a shock to my system. I think it is a cute haircut too!

Janet 12-12-2006 03:15 PM

Okay Brooke!!

It's been a few days now, how are you liking your new haircut....any better??

I bet you are getting a lot of compliments aren't you? It really does look nice so I'm hoping you are liking it better.

Brooke 12-12-2006 06:10 PM

Hi All....

I like the front and sides but I hate the back...tooo short. I pay 60.00 something with tip to get my hair dyed and cut and I exspect it to be what I ask for.... It makes my blood boil that this woman didn't listen. But i just have a lot of scarves and I wear all collars so my neck is not exposed!!!

hanks for all the nice xompliments!!!! You guys are the best~:D
