Storm Damage at Our State Fair
 

Tonight we had a pretty good storm system move through our state. Our State Fair is going on this week down in Indianapolis. The band Sugarland was getting ready to entertain (but not on stage yet) when a big wind came and blew the stage structure down killing at least 4 people and many injured.

Such a tragedy.

Oh, my, that's horrible!!! This has been a year for crazy weather and lots of death and destruction. Lots of folks are still recovering from the tornadoes. I keep seeing posts on Facebook about the recovery efforts.

They are still showing info on the news. Over 24 people have been sent to the hospital with severe head injuries and broken bones. Such a horrible thing to have happen at such a fun event.

I saw that on CNN.com but the video link you provided gave much more information. How tragic! I can't imagine actually being there and seeing all that.

They've upped the numbers to 5 that lost thier lives and over 44 people injured. Such a sad horrible thing to have happened.

What a terrible tragedy! It is so scary that such winds just came through like that!
