Maybe a Visit or acknowledgement??
 

Last night I was watching TV in bed. After the show was over I turned off the TV and then got up to get me a drink of water and then go to the restroom. Before I went to sleep I gave FB a last check and decided to look at some pictures of Mom I have on my iPad. Approx. 15 minutes passed during which I checked out FB and the pictures.

I came across one picture of Mom sitting in her new car and it just made me smile. The expression on her face told how thrilled she was. I said to myself "you sure loved that car didn't you Mom" and then the TV turned itself on. It didn't startle me, I just gave Mom a thumbs up and it just made me feel so good.

Normally something like that would scare me a bit, but thinking it could possibly be Mom, it didn't bother me at all. I knew Mom wouldn't want to scare me so I felt comfortable. It was so surreal, ya know?

I had something similar happen when Dad passed only he came in a dream that was so real, that when I woke up it was like losing him all over again.

I think those kinds of dreams are God's way of letting us visit with them. I don't know what to think of the TV.....maybe letting me know Mom was thinking of me??

I believe 100% that was your mom telling you "I'm on and doing well"! I really do. Almost everyone I know has had some sort of sign like that after they lose a loved one. Usually it is a vivid dream - but it can be so many things.

I may have told this before, but my uncle loved scissor-tailed flycatcher birds (it's the state bird of OK where he was from). As his wife and daughter were driving away from the cemetery after his burial (driving pretty slow down a dirt road), a scissor-tailed fly catcher flew beside the car for about a mile. There was no doubt in our minds that my uncle was telling his wife and daughter that he was there and he was fine.

It's a sweet thought that your Mom is nearby. Personally I've never had anything like that happen.

It was so awesome Diana. Just blew me away. There was no reason the TV should have come on when it did. I do believe these things are possible, so I hope it won't be the last time.

It's always good to be comforted. I hope you get many signs like those.

Yes....I've seen what I guess are called orbs. I've even seen them during the day, but not outside, only inside.
