The Biggest Loser
 
Do any of you watch The Biggest Loser? I was just in shock and awe of all the weight those people lost. If I didn't have to be away from my son and babies so long...I would try to be on that show. They give so much inspiration to others. They looked so different, I couldn't believe it.

I watched it last night.. it was sooooooo good it made me cry! I did think that girl KAi ...was annoying...... Those people sure lost alot of weight.. tempted to buy their recipe book..lol

I know!! She was very annoying, but she was annoying on the show too!

Could you believe the difference in how they looked? Amazing!!:)

I'd never last at the exercise they all have to do. :( I know that's a major part of why they succeed, and is probably a big factor in why I'm as heavy as I am, but DANG if I had to run a block I'd drop dead.

I usually feel sorry for those who are being badgered to keep going. :o I guess I'm just doomed to be a fat wimp. LOL

OH I feel the same way!! I watch and think, I wouldn't survive through the first elimination!! I would drop from exhaustion the first time they made me run a block!! I guess I will keep my pounds! :D

Right after the first of the year....after I eat Christmas goodies....LMAO!! I'm really gonna buckle down and take some weight off. My son is wanting to lift some weights (we have all that) so he said he would work out with me and ride bikes and well, when I'm here by myself I will try to do other exercises. I've been going through the Weight Watchers booklets and making a list of foods that have 0 or little points. I haven't given up yet, but I know it would be best to wait until sometime in January....I would totally screw it up if I started now and then feel like a failure. :o
