My internet porn question brought me to another question. Does self gratification constitues as cheating? Let's say they'd rather have sex with themselves than you. How do you feel about this?

Masturbation? That's not cheating either! I honestly can't even imagine a world where masturbation would be considered cheating.

I don't consititute it as cheating, but it should never replace the intimacy between a couple. When it does, then there's an issue, especially when coupled with internet porn.

Yea, it's not cheating and no I wouldn't be mad if I walked in on my hubby doing it. Now I know I wouldn't like to walk in on him doing it to a porn mag. or to internet porn. Now that would cause some issues.

I don't know how i would react if i had to walk in on him, either ide be shocked or ide laugh so loud and ask him to cheat on he's right hand, and use the left one.

No I don't constitute it as cheating, hell if it were I'd be guilty of it (in the toy sense) lol, sorry to be so blunt here but if you go read my post to the nitty gritty poll you'll know why I have to do this crap!! :mad: And trust me, I'd rather not do it but God, what other choice do I freaking have!! Anyway, as I said I don't constitute it as cheating however- if he did this all the time and I knew about it- I would be pissed. Again, read my post to the nitty gritty poll and you'll know why. If he has the desire for self gratification but not for me, yeah- s*** would be hitting the fan. That would piss me off to no end.

I don't think it is cheating. I have actually encouraged my husband to "handle his business" on my period weeks when he is crawling out of his skin. He refuses because he says he left those days behind when he met me. Now as someone else said, if it replaces sex altogether, then there is a problem.
