My Mom took me shopping today!
 

And it was great!!

She took me to Christian Book Bargains because they had everything 75% due to going out of business. I WAS IN HOG HEAVEN!!

I got books 2-8 of the Left Behind series for $1.99 each and then I got a Touched by An Angel book (based on the tv show) for $1.99 and I got The Gentle Rebel by Gilbert Morris for $1.69

Talk about great deals!!

I am going to be doing LOADS of reading in the new year!!! Now I just have to find Left Behind and I will have a complete set! I have read the first five, but I think I will read them again and this time, finish the series! :thumbup:

Sounds like you got some great deals....good for you! I'm gonna try to get to the city to see if I can find a monitor AGAIN and try to hit Barnes and Nobles. They usually have some pretty good after Christmas sales. Not sure if I'll have time.

Thanks...I've been wanting one for so long...maybe they've had a chance to get more in stock. I'll just have to keep checking. I good things come to those who wait...but I've been waiting. So if I have time I'll try to stop at the book store to get a couple more books to read while I wait..:p

Willow, it sounds like you got some really good deals on your shopping trip. If you like a good christian romance try buying some Lori Wick books. She's my favorite author!!
