Qualities to Look For in a Mate?
 

What qualities and attributes do you look for when you are looking for a mate?

Everything that I have been blessed with having Robert my husband in my life. :p

Honesty ~ Trust worthy

Acceptance of who I am

Ability to share the same goals

One whom I like and respect

Self drive and dicipline

Loving

Sexual

Fun ~ Outgoing

Giving

Genuine in the ability to care for others

God believing

Ambition

Loyalty

One who Communicates

Enjoys life (happy)

Loves himself - proud

This sums up most of it but isn't all...

Pretty much everything that my ex-husbands were not.

Obviously I didn't have a list when I needed it. Now...I don't want a list and will never ever be looking...been there dont that!!!

First & foremost Honesty.
Loyalty
Strength to overcome adverisity
williness to compromise
williness to work for & achieve goals
Those are on the top of my list. :)

If I ever had to pick another mate (and I have a pretty good one) I'd have to look for these qualities:

1. Most important--Needs to be a man who loves the Lord with all his heart.
2. He needs to be honest and hard-working.
3. He needs to be able to separate work and play time.
4. He needs to have a good sense of humor.
5. He needs to support me in the things that I do.
6. He needs to give compliments.
7. He needs to be patient and kind.

I know that there's others to list, but my husband just called and is taking me out to eat tonight at my favorite restaurant. BTW--My husband is everything on the list except for being able to get totally away from his work. You know that a farmer's work is NEVER done!

My list is SO long, lol. I don't know if I should bore you with it. Pretty normal things girls want from a man...
