Easter Plans?

So what is everyone doing today? :)

Janet 04-08-2007 06:19 AM

Church, Wal Mart and fixing a ham....how about you?

AngieDoogles 04-08-2007 06:41 AM

Pretty much the same, except no Walmart...unless we happen to find out that they have a wii. Hubby and I are going over to my Mom's house for a big lunch/dinner that we do every year and then we are going to try to keep my youngest sister occupied. Poor thing doesn't have any kids her age to do "Easter Eggs" with so we will be her playmates.

Janet 04-08-2007 06:46 AM

That's sweet of you Angie. You have fun with the Easter eggs, take turn hiding them, that would be fun!

We were at my parents today, the weather was beautiful so we all sat outside enjoying the sun. Had dinner together, and lots of chats, we all went for a walk, i took the fur kids along, they looked so pretty in their Easter dresses, most bypassers were in "awe" over them... it was so sweet. Mom was the proud granny, she tells everyone "they are my babies" the guy next door to them comes over if he knows we there, and will ask my Mom if he can see "her babies"

We just got finished with that actually. We hid plastic eggs indoors because it is a bit chilly outside. We put money in them for them. It turned out to not be so bad for Crissy because my older brother Randy (who has cerebral palsy) hunted them with her. Many of the eggs had money in them so that was a treat. :) Afterwards, Crissy and Randy his the eggs for me and Brendon to find. It was cute. We did that several times and they never got tired of it. lol

It's not too late! You could still take some pictures of them in their dresses later this week. :)

LoL! How funny! I had the opposite problem. Marty didn't want to get out of bed this morning. :) I kept trying to get up but he would cuddle against me SO cutely that it was pretty much impossible. I hated to disturb him. lol

Goodness, mine were up with the birds this morning, they LOVE to sleep late, but today no no no ... i think they knew the Easter bunny had hid a pressie for them somewhere LOL... after they had breakfast in bed (hard boiled eggs with cottage cheese) served by Daddy, they were allowed to go hunt for it :D
