Enjoyed My Weekend!
 

I sure did enjoy my weekend time alone. I was able to clean my house and everything looks so nice and shiney. Was able to get all the laundry done, play with the doggies and the puppies. I slept so good too.

I do hope the guys didn't get to cold while camping. They have the winter sleeping bags and brag all the time how warm they stay. They should be home sometime shortly after noon today. And well, my nice clean house will be a thing of the past....LOL I would rather have them than my nice clean house anytime.

So glad you had a good weekend and that you are ready for their return. Have a wonderful afternoon hearing all their stories!!:D

My son used to be in scouts and the leader wore shorts when it was 26 degrees and didn't mind at all. Bobby's troop leader was a woman from Vietnam. she slipped all the younger ones out and took them to her home. She got them warm fed them and then slipped back in about 5 AM. No one knew she had left. She was a jewel. She was tragically killed a few months later and Bobby would never go back to scouts.

She wouldn't be able to get away with that nowadays. Too many ready to scream abuse. It's sad she passed. Scouts need people who care.

I'm so glad that you had such a nice weekend. After having the men gone it seems like we're always ready to have them back home again. Sounds like you're all rested up and refreshed.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your weekend Janet. :) It's always nice to have some time to yourself, isn't it? Brendon and I are going away on a marriage retreat the last weekend of this month (in two weeks) and I'm really looking forward to being away from the normal everyday stress of life for a while.

I hope they had as much fun as you did. :)

That's great Janet! It feels good to get things off the 'need to do list' done! And of course, sleep is always great! Glad you had a nice one...Oh and can't forget the puppies. They are always a joy!
