My son broke up with Shannon last night, so before I even woke up this morning she'd moved out of here and in with Katie. He said she asked him if he was thinking about breaking up with her, so he grabbed the opportunity and got it over with.

I feel bad because I know she's probably not real happy right now, but at the same time I'm relieved that she's moved out and I didn't have to witness the drama of it all. I like her, but 4 months of supporting her was plenty.

It's good that the situation kind of worked itself out Tink. You definitely didn't want to continue supporting her financially forever. Hopefully you'll still be able to be an encouragement to Shannon in the future. It seems like she really needs someone to be supportive of her.

Im glad it all sorted itself out, Tink. And yes, 4 months of supporting her, is a long time! Im sure she appreciates all you did for her, and maybe, you, and her, can stay friends. :)

Tink, I'm glad that the situation has been taken care of without you having to get involved. What a welcome relief!

I'm so happy for you Tink. It's hard financially to support that one extra person sometimes. Now you can have your house and your time back.
