A Cup of Tea




One day my mother was out and my dad was in charge of me. I was maybe 2 1/2 years old and had just recovered from an accident. Someone had given me a little 'tea set' as a get-well gift and it was one of my favorite toys. Daddy was in the living room engrossed in the evening news when I brought Daddy a little cup of 'tea', which was just water. After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, my Mom came home. My Dad made her wait in the living room to watch me bring him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!' My Mom waited, and sure enough, here I come down the hall with a cup of tea for Daddy and she watches him drink it up.

Then she says, 'Did it ever occur to you that the only place that baby can reach to get water is the toilet?

That's funny!

My sister sent that to me, i tought about my Husband when i read that, my husband is goofy, my son has peed and pooped on that man so many times, puked in his mouth... i feel sorry for the man, i could just see our son bringing him some tea and Mike drinking it... :eek:

Stories of children are so funny. The things they do are a natural high!

they are a natural high, best part of my day, is when i leave work and go get my son.. i just love being a mom.. im reliving my childhood thur him, it keeps me young.

That was so cute!!! I can see that happening to some dads!!!!!

My son had a canteen when he was little that he played with. He took it over to my husband and told him that he could have a drink so my husband took a big gulp only to find out that the water had been in there for days!!!!! It was slimy and really nasty!!!! I think that Feyn was in big trouble for that one!!!!

my husband never learns, still today after im feeding Micah, he'll pick him up swing him around, and play, then there he goes puking again... men....
