Imagine your heart was a mirror.

Close your eyes and see if there were any stains
like Pain, Sadness, Hatred, Greed..
If there are so, wipe them off with your
tranquil love even it is small stain.

Then see yourself who you want to be in the shinning
and clear mirror, your heart.

Taste who you truly want to be in this meditation tonight.
