Who's getting hit with thunder storms !!
 

Wow, for two days now we been getting hit with bad thunder storms, it's still pretty strong today!! I guess we needed it, i have to look on the bright side i don't have to water my new plants now...:p

I wish! It gets dark as night and then the sun comes out. I LOVE thunder storms and we certainly need the rain but so far nothing happening. I'll tell you when we'll get them: Thursday. I will be in NYC all day....guarantee we'll have rain.:(

I'll send some your way! my front yard is so muddy, i planted them new flowers and trees, haven't had time to do the borders, and boy is it a mud pit...

We had bad thunderstorms last night. The lightening was so vivid and at times scary. Saw on the Indianapolis news that there were several lightening strike fires. It rained over an inch last night...total over 6 inches so far this month.

We have a 20% chance for rain but probably won't get it. Our temps are suppose to be close to 100*. No fun!!! Definitely time to go swimming.

No thunderstorms yet, but may be getting some rain tomorrow if we get any off the tropical storm.

It turned out nice today after the storms left, it's 79.0 and the sun is out and beautiful ....

Can someone send some my way its 104 today.

The entire gulf coast from Texas to Florida is beginning to feel the effects of tropical storm Dolly. The first band of thunderstorms is beginning to come ashore. We haven't had one yet, but the sky is looking strange outside, beginning to get that look like something is in the gulf. I was out while ago, and the bay has that look as well. I'm sure if I'd gotten close enough to see the shoreline, the tide has probably risen some from the storm moving this way.

It's always a bit erie when a storm is in the gulf.

So far today the weather had been clear, but very hot. I should check the forecast for this weekend. We're having what is called the Frankfort Hotdog Festival. It usually is so hot and humid you can't stand to be out, so I hope it's nicer with no humidity.

i had a very bad day yesterday cause of these storms my little dog squeezed thru the baby gates and crapped everywhere, i didn't see when i got home, Micah stepped in it, while i was making dinner and ran around the house, i scrubbed that rug for two hours yesterday, and had to mop the hardwood floors cause i didn't know where he all ran... We'll today the dogs are down in the basement until they learn again to go on the pee pads. But you can't blame them they were probably scared... but i was just in no mood to do all that cleaning yesterday, then i had to go grocery shopping and take Micah for his nightly walk, didn't get done walking till 9:00 pm... oh boy !!!!
