When the boys went camping last weekend or whenever it was ..lol..I did go buy the black cohosh tablets. I stopped taking the Premarin on a Sunday evening and starting the other tablets Monday morning. It said it would take 4-5 weeks, but I think they are working fine so far, plus I know some of the Premarin is probably still in my system.

It's been so humid here lately that it is really hard to tell if I'm having hot flashes or just sweating like a pig...(do pigs sweat???....LOL). Anyway I sweat all the time so until it gets a little cooler, it's hard to tell. I don't feel it coming from the insde if ya know what I mean, but seems to be working. Thanks!

I know they work wonderfully for me... so hope they will for you too! I can't take hormones, so for me these were a God-send!

The Premarin was working great for me, but I just didn't feel hormones are the safest thing to take. The tablets are working...I think...lol.
