Meet Karlie
 

My daughter, Dae Lynn, has been dating a guy that has a 2 1/2 year old named Karlie and on Tuesday mornings she's been coming out and staying with me for a while. She's very smart for her age. She's already singing the ABC song by herself!!!

They've been working on potty training her (and she's doing very good too!) and the other day she followed me into the bathroom when I had to go. She stood there looking at me and said "I'll say yay." Because when she goes potty they all clap their hands and say "Yay"!!! She did say yay and she got my toilet paper off of the roll to use on me. I told her I could take care of that part myself!!!

Karlie's a lot of fun and she's very demanding but we're working on that. Anyway I just wanted to share her picture with all of you.

She sure is cute Diana. I just can't believe she's only 2.5 years old. She looks older. I think all kids are looking older nowadays.

Karlie does look older. I think that it's because she is big for a 2 1/2 year old. She's wearing a size 4 and we're buying size 5's for her for winter. I love having a little one around again. She's been getting a lot of attention from all of us!

I think my Sarah will be a big girl. For her 1yo checkup a couple weeks ago, she's at 90% for weight and height. Enjoy her for us!

Oh how sweet. My youngest had blonde hair like that when she was little.
She's 17 now and still blonde. Great age. What fun you can have.

How wonderful that you have a little one to take care of again! She's beautiful and she will teach you how to go potty and wipe!
