Meat Loaf & Cream of Chicken potatoes
 

Since everyone is talking about food.
Tonight we are having Meatloaf and Cream of Chicken Potatoes.
I will not have any leftovers and if I do I will take them to work tomorrow.
My MeatLoaf is easy
Just burger, bread crumbs, eggs, ketchup and onion.

Potatoes.
Slice potatoes like scalloped potatoes,
Boil, Mix a can of cream of chicken soup with some milk.
Throw it together and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Okay. It's time to eat.

Linda...that sounds easy. I love meatloaf. I just use burger, ketchup, egg, cracker crumbs, part of a pkge onion soup mix. We just had it the other night. Never tried the potatoes, but I just might. I always like mashed potatoes and peas with my meatloaf...I mix it all up....lol

Instead of putting ketchup on my meatloaf I make my meat loaf into balls and mix barbeque sauce with a bit of brown sugar and put it on about 10 minutes before it's done baking. Yummmm!!!

You can also mix your ketchup with Heinz 57 sauce!!! It's really good too!
