Winter Is Here!
 

And it doesn't really thrill me either. Woke up between 3 and 3:30 this morning and heard it raining. I love listening to the rain so I opened a window a little bit. Then I heard a racket...LOL..it started sleeting and raining and icing and then started snowing. You all should know me well enough and know how I feel about snow. It covered the ground and so once I looked at it I told it to go away, but it didn't. Road were pretty slick and there were quite a few slide offs.

We're expecting more tonight and tomorrow, but I've been telling it not to. Guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if it listened..lol.

We have had winter for a few weeks now. I hated it in NYC, but it is so beautiful up here that I honestly don't mind it (YET).

I have started taking winter pictures. I will continue and then make a new video.

I've been seeing all the wintery weather up north while watching the football games - brrrrr.... It was 64 here today with a brisk wind, so it felt chilly. It'll be up the low 70's tomorrow and then 78 :eek: (TOO HOT) on Tues. and then a cold front on Wed or Thurs. I'm tired of upper 70's, I want some nice 60's or even 50's - I'd like to get out my winter clothes!!!!

We did have a cold snap a couple of weeks ago, with low 30's and so the tress are beautiful this year! YIPPEE!!! We never have leaf color but they are gorgeous right now!!!

Gayle.....where are the pictures? I want to see your Texas color!

Sorry about the weather, Janet, but I'm afraid that it's still only fall. Spring's still a ways away!!!

We had a little bit of snow yesterday too. Nothing measurable.
