Hubby Starts Work Tomorrow!!!!
 

Rick passed the drug and background check (no reason why he wouldn't) and tomorrow is his first day at work. It's another body shop, but this one is huge. The owner is a big deal here in Indiana...Bob Rohrman and has dealerships all over.

Rick will be working in Lafayette, the same city he worked before. He is so happy he can hardly contain himself.

Thank you all for your prayers.....I really appreciate you taking the time. Of course they worked and hopefully things will start getting back to normal or at least close....lol. He goes in tomorrow at 7:00 AM. Good thing he's used to getting up early, it will be a 35 minute drive to work.

That's just wonderful Janet! One door closed and another door opened. I know he's going to like this job. Wish him luck.

35 minute commute is no big deal. I do it, and so do many, many others around these parts. Some commute an hour. Not sure I could do that every day. The commute gives you time to think & unwind, or call that friend you've meant to call. My family, and now my husband since the girls moved away, are always calling to find out where I am and how much longer till I get home.

Thanks everyone. I really appreciate all the well wishes and I'll be sure to tell Rick too. He was so excited this morning he could hardly stand it. I'm kind of anxious now to hear how his day went and what he thinks of such a large body shop.

Looks like he was able to fix the water softener.....so far...keep your fingers crossed.
