Here's what's kept me so busy lately
 

Summer is now nearly 6 months old and rolls to get where she wants to go and is learning to sit up quite well.

Devan was born Jan 12, and is a tiny little guy. He was 4 lbs 15 oz at birth and is already up just over 6 lbs now. Joel and Shannon are delighted with him and have been staying here since he came home from the hospital.

So I've been a full time grandma and am getting my quota of cuddling now while I have the chance. How much more blessed can a grandma be than to have 2 happy, healthy babies to cuddle?

Wow what cutie grandbabies you have! Enjoy the cuddling and holding.. a year from now you will have two toddlers getting into everything and trying out their new found freedom on legs... :)

Your grandchildren are absolutely beautiful! Is there anything better than rocking grandbabies??...I think NOT:D

Tink....Summer sure has grown hasn't she? She looks like such a happy little girl. Won't be long and you'll be chasing her all over the place....lolol. And Devan....oh how precious!! You have some beautiful grandchildren. You have to be so in love with them.

They are both just precious! It's great that they're so close in age. I bet they'll be best friends growing up! :)

Tink. They are beautiful and I can see why they keep you busy. Cherish these moments for you know they grow in no time.

your g-babies are beautiful, they can keep you very busy but enjoy it while you can. I have 6 g-kids (3-15 yrs old) they grow up much to quick.

Tink, your grandchildren are so cute!!! I can just picture Summer kicking and smiling at you when you go to pick her up!!! She has such an adorable smile and a twinkle in her eyes!! Too cute!!!

And you have another little guy to love on!! How special!!! It sounds like he started a little small but is catching up in a hurry!! Get all the cuddles in while you can. You and I both know how quickly they grow up and grow out of that cuddliness!!!

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait 'til tomorrow,
For babies grow up I've learned to my sorrow,

Joel and Shannon decided to go home tonight for the first time since Devan was born. Katie and Summer are staying over at a friends, and will be going back home tomorrow as well. So it looks like I will have the house to myself again soon.

I've really enjoyed the little ones, so am pleased to be able to be such an active part of their lives.

I know you will miss them, but it will be nice for some quiet time too, I"m sure! You sure have a sweet granddaughter!!!!!
