Storms last night!!!
 

We had alot of rain & lightening last night, hubby said there was a tornado that went through a town not far from where we live, he wasn't sure about the damage that it done cause it was still dark when he called me but will be going back out here soon after he gets a few ZZZZ's in. He was called out around 11PM and didn't get back home till around 5AM. One of his friends was driveing over a bridge and it collapsed on him, he's banged up, his truck is totalled, he was very lucky!!!
I have no water at the moment, water got into the well pit but hopefully it's an easy fix.
Expecting more storms today!!

We are having very mild thunderstorms right now - mostly just rain - YAY!

We had thunderstorms last night, but nothing serious. It was actually pretty nice. I'm glad your husband's friend was alright. That would be terrifying!

I heard about the tornadoes. They were quite big, weren't they? Stay safe!

Lynne's right, the storms were really bad last night. Woke me around 11 PM and again at 3:00 AM. Horrible sounds. Ricky thought it was a tornado because he said it sounded so loud and like a train. I heard it, but storms don't scare me so I went back to sleep....lol.

It sounds like you had some really bad storms. It's hard when your husband is called out to help and you don't know what they're doing or if they're safe. Glen does that kind of stuff too. My SIL is involved with emergency stuff in our county and he knows that he can rely on my husband so he calls him first to help out.

It sounds like your friend had a close call with the bridge. I'm so glad that he's alright but I bet he had quite a scare!
