Whenever I have to go down to the City, it is a Junk Food Day. We have no fast food places near my house, so I have such fun!

I usually stop once each way at a big highway rest stop. Yesterday, I had a McDonald's hash brown and an egg and sausage sandwich. Yummaroo!!!
I then tackled a bag of Chex Caramel Treats into which I threw a bag of M & M's.

Luckily for me, the injections they gave me had not worn off, so on the way home, I grabbed a Nathan's hot dog, cheese fries, and a cup of coffee. I also picked up a Quizno's chicken carasomething hero for today, if I can eat it. Got a dark chocolate Dove Bar and a Brownie cookie. I still have the Dove bar. I was too full!

I am extending Junk Food Day because I usually do that when I have dental work.I decided that pumpkin pie is a perfect soft food.

I sure hope I can eat that Quiznos tonight. I'm going to cut it into little pieces.

Just thinking of all of that food, Judy, made me gain 5 pounds!!!!! Thanks. LOL

Dam I have been eating junk food for the last past two weeks.. not good :(

I love junk food days - my problem is limiting them to only one day!!! LOL!

Me to Gayle. Probably the reason it's so hard for me to lose weight. Junk food is soooo good.

I'm going back down to the dentist on Friday. Yummy
