My name is Paula.:wave: I've been reading a little bit on here and saw some interesting and fun topics, so thought I would join. I'm from Ky. Just thought I would introduce myself. I am also a member of Yorkie Talk. I am 47 (48 tomorrow) and have been married to my current husband for 6 years. Hope to get to join in on some of forums.:)

Hi Paula! Nice to have you on 4womentalk. There is a wonderful group of women here! My brother (now deceased) lived in Kentucky, in Lexington - and Morehead before Lexington. I've been out to visit him several times - I love Kentucky!

Hey girls, thanks for the warm welcome. I have been trying to spruce up my page a little, seems I'm never quite happy with the colors I choose so I keep changing. I did start an album. I'll add more later. gja1000 I am originally from Morehead. My family is still there. I now live in Pikeville. Have for about 7 years, I'm not crazy about these mountains, but this is where hubby has lived all his life. By the way, I love Texas!

I LOVED Morehead!!! You are just a bit younger than my brother's sons who also grew up in Morehead, Greg and Doug Speer. I visited them when I was a teenager, but that was the last time I was in Morehead - maybe 1966 or so. It's funny you mentioned mountains. There was a mountain right behind their house in Morehead and that was the first time I'd seen mountains - I was fascinated by the mountains. I grew up in Oklahoma - can you say FLAT!

Welcome to 4WT, Paula!! You'll find that there are quite a few of us that came here from YT. I hardly ever post there anymore because I like the coziness of this forum so much better. We're just a small group but we have a wonderful group of women!! On here we can talk about our dogs and anything else we want to chat about as well!! I'm so glad that you decided to become a part of our group!!!!

BTW--I'm Diana and I have two yorkies, Reuger and Jazzi.

Gayle, honey those aren't mountains, they are rolling hills:D Up here, you have to tilt your head back to see the tops of them, no kidding. I love the flat land.

Funny, I haven't been on YT all day today. You are so right, it is much nicer here:) so far everyone seems sooo nice.

LOL! You are right! Since then, I've spent lots of time in the Rocky Mountains and other mountains, and I can see that what I thought was a mountain, was really a big hill!!!
