Cranberry Fluff
I had to send this recipe to my girlfriends so I thought I'd just copy it here too.
Cranberry Fluff 2 cups fresh cranberries 3 cups mini marshmallows (I would leave these out, but family likes them) 3/4 cup sugar (I use Splenda) 2 apples 1/2 - 1 cup seedless grapes (I cut mine in half) 1/2 cup broken pecans 1/4 tsp. salt 12 oz. cool whip Grind cranberries (easier if frozen) and combine with marshmallows and sugar (splenda). Cover and chill overnight - don't absolutely HAVE to chill overnight. Dice apples and add to chilled ingredients. Add salt. Fold in Cool Whip and chill 3 hours before serving. |
That sounds really good!!

We used to be able to get jars of fluff, over here it was lovely, but havent seen it for years now.
The recipe sound scrummy... |
I have a recipe that's similiar and we just love it!! Did you know that you can freeze packages of cranberries to use later in the year? Just take them out of the freezer, let thaw (or run warm water over them), and grind like usual.

I tried freezing blueberries, my all time favorite fruit. They were much too mushy and watery when I thawed them out. Any ideas?
