Cranberry Fluff
I had to send this recipe to my girlfriends so I thought I'd just copy it here too.
Cranberry Fluff
2 cups fresh cranberries
3 cups mini marshmallows (I would leave these out, but family likes them)
3/4 cup sugar (I use Splenda)
2 apples
1/2 - 1 cup seedless grapes (I cut mine in half)
1/2 cup broken pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. cool whip
Grind cranberries (easier if frozen) and combine with marshmallows and sugar (splenda). Cover and chill overnight - don't absolutely HAVE to chill overnight.
Dice apples and add to chilled ingredients. Add salt. Fold in Cool Whip and chill 3 hours before serving.
