It is probably the wrong file type. The pic your trying to upload is probably .bmp and it has to be either .jpeg or .gif to work as an avatar. Open up your pic on your desktop, right click on it, and click EDIT. Then when the pic opens in some editing program, go to FILE then SAVE AS. Then where it says file type: .bmp, click the scroll down menu from that and select either .jpeg or .gif as the file type. Then save it to your desktop or somewhere for easy finding. Then try to upload it. If you can't figure out how to convert it then you can email it to me and I'll convert it for you. Just PM me and I'll send you my email if you want me to help.
