In pic#1 it looks like they are either setting up some kind of satelite dish or putting lights on the tower (so planes can see them) and if you notice in pic #2 they a sit 4 to a section, so going to the potty wouldn't be that big of a deal. Would hate it if someone had gas....LOLOL
