I was bitten by a kitten this weekend that I was trying to rescue. It was my fault, and not malicious at all on the kitten's part. Well, when the kitty went in for a health check, the doc discovered how deathly sick this sweet boy was and he had to be put down
Anyways, since I was bitten and he was dying, there was a chance that I could have contracted RABIES. I spent all day yesterday in the ER getting rabies shot at the advise of my doctor. After they shot me up 4 times, I asked if I could have my rabies tag!
To make a long story short, they had a rush put on the testing of the cat and it came back a few minutes ago negative! Yeah!
Has anyone ever had something like this happen to them or had to get rabies vaccines?
