He's mentor is real strict, which is good thing, but somehow my son can't seem to please him, or at least, that's the feeling he get's.
At the end of this month it's teacher/parent evening, so i will speak to him.

Yes Mandy, you need to keep the communication going. At my son's school each teacher has a school email address, so it is so easy to discuss things. Sometimes it's so hard to get our times convenient to meet, so the emailing is so helpful.
