I ended up not going to work at all yesterday. By afternoon the status had changed from "Travel not recommended" to the usual "Winter driving conditions exist/Ice/Slippery sections/Snow drifts" but Scott was told in the morning there wasn't much work for him anyway so he didn't want to drive in and I didn't want to drive in alone. Scott did get 3 hours of work done by connecting to his work computer from home and he was in a teleconference meeting, so our home office was put to good use for once lol. And we got to spend all day in our PJ's!
Layla's rehab vet just called me to ask how Layla's been doing since her neck problem, and she was glad to hear she's doing better. She also wants me to send her a picture of Layla for her "Graduation Wall" in the rehab centre
She said Layla really deserves to be on it. So now I'm trying to decide on a picture to send.
Marilyn, that will be so nice to have your family home for Christmas day!
