LOL! I was at the feed store today and there was LOTS of baby chicks (for sale). They sound so cute when they are all huddled together peeping away!
When Gary and I were first married, we rented a place in the country with a barn. We bought 100

baby chicks and raised them. It was pretty interesting. We had a big line party when it came time to (ahem) put them in the freezer. We had a catcher, a wringer, a dipper, a plucker, a singer, a washer, and a bagger. The whole family came over to help.
