Last night we took Layla to the SPCA for their Howl-oween party
She won best costume!!! She was a fairy princess on wheels
Her prize had a bunch of big rawhides and bigger toys, so I think my parents' dog will be getting most of it
Scott and I checked out the adoptable dogs, and they were all bigger dogs. There were two that stole my heart. All these other dogs were jumping and barking and there were two mastiff mixes in two seperate kennels, that just sat there and stared up at us with big sad eyes
I wish I could have brought them home but they are just too big, or at least WILL be too big when they're fully grown. They were beautiful dogs though, and I hope someone adopts them soon!
Scott went to a Halloween party and slept on his friend's couch last night, while I came home with Layla. He's on his way home now. It's been quiet around here with just me and Layla
She's curled up snoring on the couch right now and I'm doing laundry and paperwork for my new job!
