That is good news Betsi. Your insurance should pay for some sessions with a nutritionist. That would probably help. Issues with food are really very hard to deal with. You see, if you want to quit smoking or quit drugs you can stop and never smoke or take the drug again. It's not like that with food, because you can't stop cold turkey, you must eat. So controlling the type and amount of food can sometimes be harder than tobacco or the like.
