I wouldn't mind getting a tattoo in general, but why oh why would someone put themself through the pain of getting eyeliner tattooed?!?!?!?! That's such a sensitive area...
I never really thought about this, I'll have to tell my roommate about it, she naturally doesn't have eyebrows and she hates having to take the time to draw them on every morning.
I've got too much eyebrows, their pretty thick and thanks the my family's sometimes horrific genes I've got a bit of a unibrow that I've routinely gotta pluck...
How does electrolysis work? Does it last for a while then it grows back? If so, how long does it take to grow back? And how much does it cost?
