Janet, my hubby got me a 19" flat panel LCD montior for the computer I use the most that had the 14". My new one is a Hanns-G, with speakers on the bottom edge of the screen. Here's the one I have, only it's black, not silver.

In the store, it was $209 with a $90 mail-in rebate for a net price of $119 plus tax, of course. I have the receipt and have to send in the rebate. The rebate form says it has to be purchased by 12/31/06 to qualify.
Don't know if you would be interested in this one at all, but wanted to let you know. It's a really good deal for a nice monitor. I've never heard of Hanns-G, but don't think there are too many manufacturers of these, and it came with a 3 year parts and labor warranty.
