I hate to admit this and get my hopes up, but I ordered the book too.
I don't want to quit smoking, but I know for health reasons I really need to. It would also be a lot cheaper, as I smoke Mores, which are a premium ciggie and cost well over $4 a pack.
I'm hoping if it works for me I can give it to my son and youngest daughter to try. Joel says he's ready to quit and was quite interested int he book when I told him about it. Katie is gonna be a tougher one to crack.
So here's hoping! Thanks for the info on it... it's certainly worth a try!
