They didn't cancel it the dummies!!! It was so hard to see and some of the drivers just sat on a country road and waited for awhile. Cars were passing the stop arms because they couldn't see the buses. If they could have called a 3-hour delay, it would have been much better here. Todays conditions are the same as yesterday, so we'll have to see if there is fog in the morning.
