I had my appt. today with the weight loss center. Lost a total of 5.3 lbs in 7 days.

Now if I can just keep dropping I can reach my goal by summer. Oh I hope, I hope!!

Id probably lose more faster if I could give up my wine....But, that's just NOT an option. However, I have cut it back to just one glass a night. WOW, that is HARD!
