I didn't mention it to the guys, but they said they would take me out for my birthday. Well, with the septic and other things going on yesterday....I was hoping they wouldn't forget. THEY REMEMBERED!!!! Hubby and my son took me to Red Lobster. I want to tell you I ate like a pig. I figured what the heck, we don't go there often and it was for my birthday, right??? It was so good, but I was so miserable afterwards...toooooo full! I even drank two beers and they were so cold and wonderful!! I haven't had a beer since before Christmas. Since I've been trying to lose, I cut out all the cokes, beer and bad stuff.

Now, today, I have to go back to being a good girl and eat right. I don't mind though, I want this weight off.
